Fees

Standard Hourly Rate
1:1 Virtual Assistance & Support Work with Jen – £40 per hour
This option is ideal for business owners who need high-level support, including strategic planning, ADHD-friendly productivity strategies, and personalised business assistance.
General Virtual Assistance – £35 per hour
For administrative support, task management, inbox and calendar organisation, and other essential business operations.
Access to Work Clients
We understand that funding allocations through Access to Work can vary. If you are receiving support through this scheme, please enquire, and we will work flexibly to accommodate your needs where possible.
Retainer Packages
Retainer packages provide guaranteed monthly support, allowing you to delegate tasks, stay organised, and keep your business running smoothly. With a set number of hours secured each month, you can focus on growth while we handle the details.
All packages are delivered by an experienced Associate at Virtually Possible and can be adjusted to fit your evolving needs.
If you require additional hours, we’re happy to discuss custom options.

A great option for smaller businesses looking for flexible, on-demand support with 10 hours of assistance each month.

This package provides structured, ongoing support to reduce overwhelm and improve efficiency

• ADHD-focused services, including executive function support and workflow management

For business owners managing a full workload alongside ADHD, this package provides 30 hours of dedicated support.

• Delegating and streamlining key business operations
• More extensive content creation, social media management, or marketing tasks
• Comprehensive ADHD support, including structured planning, accountability, and hands-on assistance
This package is designed to help you stay organised, reduce stress, and build sustainable systems.
At Virtually Possible, we believe in building strong, lasting relationships with our clients. To ensure we’re a good fit and to understand exactly what level of support you need, we initially work on an ad-hoc basis for the first 4 weeks. This trial period helps us determine if we work well together and assess the time required to meet your needs. After this initial period, we transition to a retainer model to provide consistent and reliable support, ensuring security and stability for your business.
